Quitting is hard.
Watching it work isn't.

Quit smoking, vaping, or nicotine pouches, and watch your own body prove it's working: your resting heart rate falling, week by week, straight from your Apple Watch. Proof, not promises.

Coming soon to the App Store iPhone. Apple Watch powers the Recovery Graph.

Your heart is working less hard at rest than it was before your quit day. This is your own data, not an average.

Your body keeps the receipts

Within days of quitting nicotine, most people's resting heart rate starts to drift down. It has always been true. You just could never see it. Lunga draws it for you.

1

Set your quit day

Today, a date you choose, or a date in the past. Already three months in? Backdate it and keep every day you have earned.

2

Connect Apple Watch

Lunga reads the heart data your watch already records and draws your personal pre-quit baseline. Read only, on your device.

3

Watch the line fall

Resting heart rate, heart rate variability, walking heart rate, and cardio fitness, each drawn against your own baseline.

Built for the hard parts

The graph is the reason to stay. The rest of Lunga is for the moments that make people quit quitting.

📈

The Recovery Graph

Your own heart data from before quit day to now. The chart interprets itself in plain words, and never shows you an average pretending to be you.

🌬️

Craving SOS

One tap starts 60 seconds of guided breathing while the urge crests and passes. Log the trigger in two more taps.

🍃

A slip is not a restart

Log a slip without shame and keep your journey. Lunga shows days since your slip beside your total quit days, because your body keeps the progress.

🫙

Pouches count too

Cigarettes, vape, and nicotine pouches like Zyn, each with proper cost tracking. Most quit apps forget pouches exist.

Weekly recovery report

Three short observations from your own week: what improved, when cravings hit, and what helped. Never medical advice.

🔒

Private by design

No account. Health data stays on your device. The weekly report uses only weekly averages, never your raw heart samples.

Questions people ask

Do I need an Apple Watch?

The Recovery Graph is drawn from Apple Watch heart data, so that one feature needs a watch. Everything else, the quit timer, money saved, milestones, Craving SOS, and the weekly report, works on iPhone alone.

I quit months ago. Is Lunga still for me?

Yes. Enter your real quit date and Lunga counts every day you have earned, draws your milestones, and picks up your heart trend from your watch history.

What happens when I slip?

You log it and keep going. Your journey does not reset, there are no red screens, and no shame copy. Lunga shows days since your slip next to your total, because both are true.

How fast will I see my heart rate change?

Bodies differ. For most people resting heart rate starts drifting down within the first days and keeps improving over the first weeks. Lunga shows your own data, so your line is yours.

Is my health data safe?

Lunga reads from Apple Health only, never writes, and keeps your health data on your device. There is no account to create. Details are in our privacy policy.
